Redemption Centre Operations Executive

Job Description:
To ensure all administrative operations run in a smooth manner in day-to-day operations processes
To organize the safe and efficient storage and distributions of goods, and to ensure the orders are satisfied accurately
To ensure logistics operations including all logistics assets are in order to ensure timely and cost effective delivery
To co-ordinate and provide logistics support to operation in the area and any admin duties as assigned
Monitors the status of incoming supplies, status monitoring and correspondence with the merchant
Organizing, developing and confirming Merchant delivery schedules
Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies and liaising with Merchant/staff
Solving problems and implementing action plans and maintaining documents
Ensure proper delivery of goods and services
Maintain a proper logbook for the proper updating and record keeping
Monitors and summarizes all activity report to the Supervisor
Perform Administrative task as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): warehouse and inventory control, customer care, logistic arrangement, MS Office.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
